This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Human Resources Division, HR Data and Systems Section. This position's primary purpose is to lead the development, management, and implementation of a holistic multi-year Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) strategy providing a technical roadmap while leveraging current technology solutions; and to analyze and interpret a variety of HR data to identify strategies and initiatives impacting HR related areas.
