• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrable ability to solve highly complex problems involving external partners or government agencies

• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across multiple sites or regions
• Experience managing relationships with immigration counsel or professional service providers
• Strong analytical and program management skills, particularly using data for improvements
