What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead immigration programs and serve as a subject matter expert in employment‑based immigration matters
  • Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders and HR partners on compliance and workforce planning
  • Manage relationships with external immigration counsel to ensure compliance and performance
  • Drive program improvements and utilize data to enhance operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
