Job Description

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Field) will lead full‑cycle recruiting and manage attraction, assessment, selection, and candidate experience for our field staffing needs. This role requires building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, championing Domino’s brand, mission, and values.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on experience and internal equity. The role is eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location & Travel Requirements

This position requires the candidate to reside in Virginia at the time of hire and throughout employment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Virginia store locations and Supply Chain sites in Maryland and New Jersey. Local and regional travel, including regular travel within Virginia and periodic overnight travel to Maryland and New Jersey, is required. Candidates must be able to travel independently to assigned locations as needed.

Applicants residing outside of Virginia will not be considered. Relocation assistance is not available.

Main Responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiting Process (50%)
  • Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, closing, and pipelining candidates.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters) for assigned roles.
  • Network with appropriate talent communities (Linked In, job boards, schools, alumni associations, local or national associations, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Provide timely and appropriate feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Work diligently to meet all recruitment metrics, including time to present, time to interview, time to fill, candidate/hiring team leader satisfaction, and diversity.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and support data‑driven decision making.
  • Serve as a consultant to field hiring teams to enable hiring manager excellence, deliver training programs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices in selection and assessment.
Recruitment Consulting (40%)
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers by diagnosing hiring needs, clarifying role scope, and aligning on talent profiles.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and bias mitigation to improve selection quality.
  • Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide data‑driven insights on labor market trends, candidate availability, competitor landscape, and hiring risks to inform workforce decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the candidate experience and hiring team effectiveness.
  • Act as a change agent by influencing hiring behaviors, elevating hiring manager capability, and reinforcing Domino’s employer brand standards.
Special Projects (10%)
  • Participate in special projects as needed (e.g., EVP, HR Tech enhancements, automations, and AI in the recruiting funnel).

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or related experience.
