HR Manager; Healthcare fax, VA; Hybrid

I-CARE Inc. has been serving Northern Virginia for over 30 years, providing in-home care and operating an intimate assisted living community. We are looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to lead recruiting and support our team as we continue to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both recruiting and employee relations
. You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and hiring caregivers and clinical staff to supporting and retaining a strong, reliable team.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring)
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregivers and healthcare staff
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure strong starts
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR support
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and healthcare staffing regulations
• Support leadership in improving retention, culture, and team performance

• 3–7+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)
• Experience recruiting caregivers (CNA, PCA, RMA) or healthcare staff in home care or assisted living strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of HR compliance and hiring practices

• Hybrid role: 2 days per week in‑office in Fairfax, VA
• Remaining days flexible based on workflow

• $70,000 per year
