Job Description

We are seeking a University Relations Recruiter to play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and developing early career talent that supports Govini’s growth and mission. This role will focus on full-lifecycle recruiting for interns and early-career professionals while helping position Govini as an employer of choice across universities and academic partners nationwide.

The ideal candidate is passionate about early career recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong relationships with students, hiring managers, and external partners. To support Govini’s continued growth, we focus on building talent pipelines in areas where capability gaps exist or where new technical and operational capabilities are emerging. This role is critical to accomplishing that mission. The University Relations Recruiter is also responsible for planning and coordinating events and activities designed to attract top early career talent.

These events take place both internally and on-site with our academic partners.

In order to do this job well, you will need strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and a high level of comfort representing Govini to students and partners. Success in this role requires enthusiasm for early career talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
