The Recruiter, Field Operations will serve as a key strategic partner to Area and General Managers as well as HR Coordinators and HRBPs, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. This role will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent while supporting the company’s broader HR initiatives and objectives. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate about recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The position includes but is not limited to below key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, including skill sets, qualifications, and responsibilities for open roles.
- Partner with HR Coordinators and HR BPs to identify and leverage sourcing channels for qualified candidates.
- Analyze local labor market trends and adapt sourcing strategies to attract the best talent.
- Develop and execute a regional staffing plan to ensure a steady pipeline of both internal and external candidates, meeting hiring needs across the region.
- Coordinate and conduct open houses, job fairs, candidate searches on job portals, search engines, and other recruiting platforms.
- Review, assess, and pre-qualify candidate applications and resumes to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews, evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit, and guide hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Organize and facilitate interviews, collecting and recording feedback for review.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a smooth process from initial contact to final offer.
- Assist with new store openings, including hiring, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with payroll and HR Coordinators to ensure compliance with hiring documentation and resolve any related issues.
- Follow up consistently with new hires to ensure proper training and integration into the team.
- Provide support on corporate HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the success of broader organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 year of recruitment experience, with a preference for high-volume or fast-paced recruiting, ideally in a retail or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high degree of motivation and self-discipline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Hybrid work environment: 50% remote and travel up to 50% for job fairs, recruitment events, and on-site support.
