We have an immediate opening for a Releasability and Disclosure Analyst to join our team. This position will provide an opportunity to develop the innovative technology that supports some of our nation’s most important defense initiatives.

Kitty Hawk Technologies has an immediate need for a Releasability and Disclosure Analyst with three (3) or more years of experience to work in Dahlgren, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Releasability and Disclosure Analyst manages the transfer of sensitive military technology and information to our international partners to ensure that all technical data and training materials shared comply with U.S. national security policies
- Reviews technical documentation and training curricula to assess releasability and disclosure in accordance with country-specific guidelines
- Applies releasability and disclosure processes and procedures to analyze materials and provide recommendations for release or disclosure
- Candidate will assist and provide guidance to Foreign Disclosure Representative to ensure the proper implementation of foreign disclosure policy
- Provide requisite expertise and assistance for preparing and presenting briefings on multiple topics regarding foreign disclosure procedures and processes
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a High School diploma and at least 3 years’ experience and detailed knowledge of the Aegis Weapon System
- Must have three (3) years experience with Navy Surface Combat Systems and foreign disclosure operations, and information security processes for classified material handling
- Must have knowledge of U.S. disclosure policies and guidance
- Must be able to identify, validate, support, and coordinate foreign disclosure review and releasability documentation
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance
Desired
Qualifications:
- Experience with the U.S. Surface Combatant platforms and associated combat systems characteristics and capabilities of those platforms, preferred
- Shipboard experience operating and/or maintaining elements of the Aegis Weapon System, preferred
- Experience with Aegis Weapon System documentation, technical manuals, training materials, and curriculum, preferred
- Ability to recommend releasability of intelligence information based on applicable U.S. law, regulation, and policy, preferred
- Experience working with international programs and foreign disclosure and releasability processes and procedures, preferred
