Data Quality Manager

Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC (AMC) is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified organization. We are seeking a qualified Data Quality Manager to support a potential contract award with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Digital Health Office, Office of Health Informatics (OHI), Health Information Governance (HIG) Data Quality Program. This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead data quality, identity management, and governance initiatives.

Ensure compliance with VA Data Quality Standards and regulations.

Analyze and improve data accuracy and integrity across VHA systems.

Coordinate with stakeholders on business and technical document review.

REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years of experience in healthcare data quality, governance, and analytics.

Strong understanding of EHR systems, VA MPI, and clinical data integrity.

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data profiling tools.

Experience working with federal agencies or VA data environments.

Preferred: CPHIMS, CDMP, or other data governance certification.

SALARY: Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
