Network Engineer; Entry level

We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our team in a training-focused role
. This position is ideal for an early-career IT professional who is eager to learn the fundamentals of IT provisioning, systems operations, and network concepts while providing strong administrative and operational support. The role offers hands‑on exposure, mentorship, and growth opportunities in enterprise IT environments.

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative IT support
• Assist with user provisioning and access management activities
• Gather and document requirements from subject matter experts
• Perform research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative as needed)
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process artifacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various levels of staff
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation
• Support systems analysis, design, and operational initiatives
• Ensure professionalism in all interactions, with a strong focus on service quality
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and changing priorities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 0–3 years of experience in IT, systems support, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
