This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer/Client Engagement Manager specializing in Federal Programs, based in Washington, VA. This position involves maintaining and strengthening client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to Federal program stakeholders, and managing day-to-day program and project activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring program objectives are met, delivering solutions that meet client needs, communicating progress effectively, and providing strategic consultation.

Some tasks may be performed remotely, while in-person engagement with clients will also be required.

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills for leading and coordinating complex Federal projects
• Analytical skills to assess challenges and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting project outcomes effectively
• Consulting experience to identify and address client needs with tailored solutions
• Familiarity with federal programs, policies, and compliance standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a closely related field; master’s degree preferred
• Prior experience with Federal contracts or engagements and requisite security clearance
