Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in Jonesboro, offering a wide range of services including property management, sales, and rentals. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for all employees
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other technology equipment
- Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls and anti-virus software
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve company operations
- Train and provide technical support to employees on new software and systems
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve any IT-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and anti-virus software
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
