Senior UX​/UI Designer

Global Management Consulting company has an immediate need for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team in an individual contributor role. The individual in this hands-on role will collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to create and deliver UX/UI designs, solutions, and prototypes of new features. You will collaborate with a world-class team working with all aspects of the business to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to help create visual designs from early concepts and prototypes through new features.
• Partner with team members to translate business requirements into stories that create visual concepts and prototypes.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, fellow designers, business strategists, business analysts, project managers, and marketing to deliver a polished final product.
• Apply the Design Thinking methodology to visualize complex problems into intuitive solutions. Outputs include blueprints, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Deliver solutions that balance user needs, business goals, timing expectations and resources.

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of professional, UX/UI Design experience with data focused, end-to-end web based solutions.
• Ability to follow processes and work effectively in a collaborative, agile development environment.
• Experience developing UX/UI solutions based on existing design systems or component libraries, and contributing to them.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision.
• Familiarity with the technical considerations needed for professional UX Design.
• Skilled with a variety of methods to create user flows, storyboards, prototypes, etc.
• A portfolio that provides details of your project roles and showcases your design process along with the finished product.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions, balancing business goals and user needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience in a client facing role with a management consulting industry leader.
