Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions for Public Sector customers. This role combines deep technical expertise, integration experience, and customer-facing delivery in compliance-driven environments.
ResponsibilitiesSolution Delivery & Customer Engagement
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Work with customers for solution design, issue resolution, and implementation
- Implement integrations with CRM, Procurement and ERP systems
- Build API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability across systems
AI-Enabled Engineering
- Leverage Git Hub Copilot for code generation, review, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Contribute to adoption of AI-driven engineering practices
Development & Quality
- Develop technical configurations, extensions, and custom solutions on cloud platforms
- Code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high engineering standards
Troubleshooting & Operations
- Resolve complex issues using application and system logs
- Support cloud deployments, containerization, and environment stability
- Work with functional teams, architects, and cross-engineering teams
Experience:
8–12 years in software engineering, preferably in regulated environments
Technical
Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC, WWF, Web API, SQL Server)
- Working knowledge of Python, Azure stack
- Experience with Git Hub, CI/CD, Dev Ops
- Expertise in design patterns and REST API development.
- Ability to deliver software and artifacts independently
- Experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Ariba, S/4
HANA - Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, data mapping
- Working knowledge of Git Hub Copilot / AI-assisted development
Tools
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
- Exposure to cloud-native and container-based deployments
Public Sector Expectations
- Experience in secure, compliance-driven environments
- Understanding of data sensitivity, auditability, and governance requirements
- Ability to operate in SLA-driven, high-accountability customer environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work directly with customers
- Proven collaboration with functional and engineering teams
Base: $131,000 - $164,000 per year
Bonus: 8% variable
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.

Due to the nature of our work with the US Government, this position requires candidates to be a US Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Successful candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance if required by the project.
