Title: Technology Specialist - SAP Functions

Employer: Airbus Americas, Inc.

Location: Sterling, VA

• Support and implement SAP Warehouse Management and SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities.
• Support SynQ application for new functionalities or application changes as needed by the business team.
• Support the integration of SAP to SynQ application.
• Identify issues and errors in interlocking applications and resolve them with relevant SAP teams.
• Support SAP sales and distribution activities for the North America business domain.
• Support integration and troubleshooting of interfaces between various applications such as Shipping, Digital Signatures, and Spec 2000.
• Provide onsite support for the warehouse team for inbound, quality, and outbound activities.
• Coordinate with SAP support teams in Europe for deployments, unit testing, and data migration.
• Support system updates, routine patches, and testing.
• Analyze and diagnose SAP interface issues on the shipping application to ensure business continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) or Material Management (MM).
• 5 years of experience supporting warehouse SAP transactions.
• 3 years of experience with project management methodologies for ERP system implementation.
• Experience mapping issues and deploying solutions with approved vendors for proprietary applications communicating with SAP.
• Experience in warehouse management, shipping, sales and distribution processes.
• Experience with quality-related logistics processes.
• Experience with financial processes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and customer master data.
• Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
• Up to 40% telework permitted.
