• Design, develop, configure, and implement Service Now solutions supporting mission and operational needs across the engagement.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Service Now platform.
• Build and customize workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities.
• Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities.
• Develop integrations and platform enhancements that improve data flow, usability, and reporting across Service Now‑supported processes.
• Troubleshoot defects, support testing activities, and implement refinements to improve application performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration details, and development artifacts.
• Support platform governance, coding standards, and best practices to promote maintainability, scalability, and security.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the Service Now platform.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, Service Now scripting, workflow/configuration, and platform customization.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mclean, VA up to 5 days per week
