Digital Innovation and Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Digital Innovation and Delivery Lead to drive the next wave of digital and AI transformation in China — one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving markets globally. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and AI, partnering closely with commercial Tech BP to shape solutions that directly impact growth—from digital commerce and content platforms to AI-driven engagement and data capabilities.

• Partner with business leaders and Tech BPs to translate business needs into scalable digital and AI solutions that directly support and enable business growth.
• Define solution strategy, partnering with leading technology partners across China.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture and integration design, ensuring seamless interoperability across CRM, ERP, Data, Digital Commerce, and related platforms.
• Lead delivery excellence, governing vendor performance, solution quality, risk management, and on‑time go‑live.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality handover to BAU teams, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and code assets.
• Build and advance AI‑native engineering capabilities, including intelligent automation, content platforms, data‑driven decision making, and AI‑assisted development approaches to improve engineering productivity.
• Enable China‑specific innovation while maintaining alignment with global principles across cloud, AI, and digital platforms.
• Establish and run China enterprise architecture governance, chair the China architecture forum, and guide product and solution design based on business models, personas, and use cases.
• Lead modernization of the China application landscape, including application simplification, standardization, consolidation, Dev Ops best practices, multi‑cloud architecture, security, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing architecture and engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and strong collaboration with global and local stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or relevant technical degree preferred.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, system integration, and complex delivery environments.
• Proven track record in vendor management and large‑scale digital or data platform delivery.
• Experience with AI/data‑driven solutions or modern engineering practices.
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Data, Digital Commerce).
• Strong experience in multi‑cloud architecture (e.g. Azure and Alibaba Cloud), with the ability to design scalable solutions across global platforms and China digital ecosystems.
• Experience working with China digital ecosystems (e.g. Alibaba, Tencent, Douyin) is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability as a people manager, including team leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and drive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech, and global teams.
• Ability to decompose monolithic applications and incrementally move toward a modern state, experience transforming legacy applications into modular applications.
• Can provide application architecture leadership, expertise, and solutions on complex initiatives.
• Strong technical foundation to guide the implementation of new and emerging technologies in a comprehensive business area including Digital Marketing, Consumer centric data insight, digital commerce business understanding, Supply Chain, RTM, Finance Ops and FMCG/Consumer Health industry experience.
