Transform network infrastructure by joining our dynamic team! You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
• Work in an environment that operates 24/7, including primary responder rotation and after‑hours support
• Work in cramped, elevated, and noisy environments
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand and walk for up to eight hours a day
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely

• Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed
• Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational
• Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility

• Move and install large enterprise equipment
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cabling between equipment
• Ensure proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities
• Use material handling tools and equipment safely
• Travel within and outside the regional work area; maintain a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations
• Current, active US Government security clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility

• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
• Industry standard certifications such as CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
