Job Description

Title: Scrum Master/Team Coach (SM/TC)

Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (HYBRID – 1 day a week on site) or possibility for a remote candidate

Clearance Required: Clearable (Public Trust)

About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for a Scrum Master/Team coach to provide services on our contract providing

Functional Area

Professional Services to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). The Scrum Master shall lead the education and mentoring of the Agile team in the core values and principles of Agile.

Duties / Required Skills
  • Lead the education and mentoring of the Agile team in the core values and principles of Agile.
  • Responsible for meetings and ceremonies commonly associated with the Scrum Master role in the Agile setting.
  • These meetings are described as an aspect of the main duties of the Scrum Master and center on sprint planning, daily stand‑up meetings, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • The SM/TC must be proficient in project management and Agile task management tools, such as, but not limited to the Atlassian suite of products, Azure Dev Ops, Rational Team Concert, Rally, and Service Now.
  • The SM/TC should be comfortable and has demonstrated the ability to facilitate the agile team through impediments to delivery and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of SM/TC duties within the Government space.
  • SM/TC requires (Certified SSM) or equivalent.
  • Experience leading agile teams through large complex transformations.
  • SAFe expertise.
  • LACE engagement/involvement.
