Desktop Support Specialist
Location:

We are seeking a skilledDesktop Support Specialistwith aSecurity+ certification,DoD Secret Clearance, and at least2 years of experienceto join our team. The role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
• Manage desktop security protocols in compliance with DoD regulations, ensuring all systems are operating securely.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Resolve end-user issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with network and system administrators to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of support processes and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security protocols and policies.

Qualifications:

• Security+ certification(mandatory).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance(mandatory).
• 2+ years of experiencein desktop support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and desktop hardware.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment and handle sensitive information.
