Provide timely and professional first level IT support to Computer Science instructional faculty and undergraduate students.
Responsibilities- Provide first‑level IT support to faculty and students.
- Troubleshoot issues on Microsoft Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical problems.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot simple computer problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft and Unix operating systems.
- Microsoft or Unix certification is a plus.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
