Salesforce Web Developer III

Provides subject matter expertise and technical support to the PMO by developing and maintaining web pages, data, and workflows within the Salesforce platform. This position may be required to be on site 2-3 times a week at approved client facilities.

• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Top Secret level, requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent experience.
• Meet all DoD 8140 requirements for WRC 621 (Software Developer).
• Knowledge and understanding of IT help‑desk environments, ticketing systems, and service‑desk software.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle difficult situations.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Develop and configure custom Salesforce Lightning Web components, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
• Configure Salesforce page layouts, record types, and field configurations to optimize user experience.
• Activate Salesforce Flow automations to streamline business processes.
• Develop custom Apex triggers, classes, and controllers.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure and support Salesforce Service Cloud features for customer inquiry management.
• Perform integration tasks between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, Mule Soft, and other tools.
• Maintain Salesforce security profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules per government direction.
• Deploy email templates, notifications, and routing rules for timely communication.
• Develop custom Salesforce Screen Flows and surveys for partner feedback and satisfaction metrics.
• Configure Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud to support collaboration.
• Support development and maintenance of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance on new configurations and code.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce developer within a customer‑facing environment.

Five years of experience with Agile development practices and the Atlassian product suite, including custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration.

Primarily performed in an office environment. Requires sitting, using hands and arms, speaking, hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision, hearing, and other physical requirements specified. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Estimated pay range: $89,000 to $140,000, contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
