This is not a maintenance role — this is a build, transform, and lead mandate. The Director of AI & Data will serve as the enterprise owner of our AI and data ecosystem, responsible for:
- Setting strategy and governance
- Driving execution and adoption
- Delivering measurable business outcomes
You will partner directly with executive leadership and act as a force multiplier across the organization, transforming raw data into actionable insights and AI-powered capabilities. Core Responsibilities & Impact AreasAI Strategy, Governance & Enterprise Adoption
You will architect and operationalize Care Advantage's AI vision across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer the organization's AI productivity stack (LLMs, automation tools, copilots)
- Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-impact AI use cases (clinical, financial, HR, operations)
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, data privacy, and HIPAA compliance
- Lead pilot-to-production lifecycle for emerging technologies
- Partner with business leaders to define success metrics and adoption KPIs
You will fully own the enterprise data platform, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
- Cloud data warehouse ownership (architecture, performance, cost optimization)
- ETL/ELT pipeline orchestration, monitoring, and expansion
- Data modeling, transformation, and integration across systems
- Data lifecycle management and technical documentation
- Near real-time access to trusted data
- Reduced data latency and improved data accuracy
- Scalable architecture supporting growth and acquisitions
You will lead the transformation from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decisioning.
- Own enterprise BI tools, dashboards, and reporting standards
- Deliver critical reporting for Finance & Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Value-Based Care programs
- 7–10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI leadership roles
- 3+ years in formal people leadership roles
- Proven experience owning cloud data platforms (Snowflake strongly preferred)
- ETL/ELT orchestration tools (Matillion, ADF, Fivetran, or similar)
- BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience delivering end-to-end data or AI initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience implementing AI tools or LLM-based solutions at scale
- Healthcare, home health, or regulated data environment experience
- Knowledge of revenue cycle data, value-based care reporting, and multi-system data ecosystems
Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
