People Soft HCM Program Manager
B&A is looking for a People Soft HCM Program Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for the project, ensuring successful execution of SAFe Agile–managed activities, operational support, configuration management governance, cloud optimization, and compliance with NGA and federal requirements. This role manages cross‑functional teams and oversees delivery of program increments, migrations, security documentation, and risk management activities.
Responsibilities- Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk
- Oversee People Soft HCM initiatives and ensure compliance with DoD requirements
- Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams in a secure environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree in Information Technology
- Ten (10) years of People Soft HCM experience in an Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) agency
- PMP Certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT programs.
- Five (5) years managing a portfolio of applications in a classified environment
- Must be holding an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
