• Maintain, update, and secure existing Linux systems on both classified and unclassified networks in support of Cyber investigations and operations.
• Optimize, maintain, and secure Linux systems to ensure optimum performance with minimal downtime.
• Contribute creative solutions to improve existing processes and provide surge support for various initiatives related to area of expertise.
• Travel may be required to support operations.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.X, 8.X, 9.X with a strong command‑line interface (CLI) skillset (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
• Experience securing Linux systems with DISA STIG requirements.
• Experience with Red Hat based tools such as Ansible and Red Hat Satellite.
• Familiarity with at least one common scripting language such as Python, Perl, bash, etc.
• Experience with virtualization tools (Vmware, KVM, Proxmox).

• Experience with monitoring solutions such as Icinga2 or Nagios.
• Willingness to learn Dev Ops and Automation.
• Familiarity with the DIACAP and/or RMF accreditation processes, specifically with configuring Linux systems in compliance with the Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Experience with maintaining a secure, standard OS build process.
• Experience installing and managing Postgre
  
  SQL.

Must have a current/active Top Secret / SCI.
