Responsibilities

• Response to ORAL distributors definition, acquisition and judgement in all channels
• Enhance and enable distributors capabilities on effective coverage and force of sellout
• Manage on ORAL full channel T1 distributors’ NRM trading terms
• Jobs on tier2 distributors as sub-D/wholesaler/包场商 management with productivity growth
• ORAL BU internal audit Job to distributors and selling points
• Digitalization system set up for RTM
• Omni expansion on offline and E-RTM
• RTM ANP forecast and execution
• Wholesale managements
• Co-work with peer team to SR/BDR management
