This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days on-site each week, and interviews will be conducted in person. Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine data segmentation models using customer behavior, demographics, and product usage data.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify segment-specific trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product and business strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards to track deposit-related metrics such as balances, attrition, and churn by customer segment.
Analyze datasets after data extraction, identify trends and patterns, and highlight issues or anomalies to guide decision‑making.
Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data‑backed insights.
Participate in campaign strategy and execution based on segmentation insights.
- 6–8 years of U.S.
-based experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. - Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical
Skills: - Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
