Job Description:
Support the Sustainment Automation Support Management Office (SASMO) as a Software Support Representative. Responsibilities include providing field support to Army Logistics Information Systems (LIS), performing software, hardware, and network troubleshooting, and assisting Information Assurance staff with accreditation documentation.
Responsibilities- Configure, troubleshoot, and operate CASI/VSAT.
- Provide field support for Army LIS at unit or installation level.
- Deliver over‑the‑shoulder technical assistance, training, software installation, updates, and fixes.
- Perform software, hardware, and network troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution.
- Assist IA staff with documentation for accreditation and directives.
- Analyze system operations.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
- Experience with CASI/VSAT configuration and operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMWare, server and client software, patching, upgrading, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and system network configuration.
- Basic knowledge of client and server software interaction; web‑based application support.
- Willingness to travel 10‑25% to other customer locations.
- Military experience desired; target MOS: 25B or 92A.

Hourly rate: $30.60 – $41.40 (subject to experience, location, and contractual requirements).
