Compliance Analyst, IT​/Tech

Overview

The Compliance Analyst assists the IT Program Manager in the registration of all Application and Database Management System (DADMS) for inclusion into the investment portfolio for the Department of the Navy Office of Administration (DON OA) - Information Technology Division (ITD).

• Use the IT portfolio tool to manage the compliance of Secretariat systems on all DON and DoD requirements, such as FISMA, the Investment Review Board (IRB) process, and others.
• Maintain an IT Investment Portfolio in support of IT technology initiatives and planning, including examining options and tracking current investments. Include Business Case Analysis (BCA) for the IT options and alternatives being considered, providing options analysis to include modification of existing technology vs. replacement, metrics to evaluate the success of investments, cost-benefit analysis (including BPR results), Total Cost of Ownership, and the business impact of remaining with current technology vs.
  
  migrating to replacement technology.
• Develop and track metrics to evaluate project progress and investment success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a compliance or related role
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Secret Clearance
