Overview

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Programmer, Junior to support a company focused on enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions for federal defense networks. This position is on‑site at Quantico, VA
. The Programmer, Junior will support knowledge management initiatives by developing web‑based tools and visualizations to improve data accessibility and operational insight. Join a mission‑critical team enabling secure, efficient access to information for personnel supporting national defense operations.

• Develop web‑based, multi‑user applications to track and audit personnel training, schedules, and permissions
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and customized reports to enhance data accessibility and decision‑making
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft SharePoint and Active Directory environments
• Support full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and documentation
• Maintain and enhance .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server applications using best coding practices

• 2+ years of IT experience
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and SharePoint; familiarity with HTML, CSS, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks
• Active Secret Clearance
• Security+ (Sec+) certification

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
