We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join the Operations team, supporting over 70 applications and 4 DOS missions.
What You Will DoMonitor production applications, scheduled jobs, and the incident management ticketing system (Service Now). Receive, analyze, and troubleshoot complex incidents and service requests escalated from Tier I and Tier II support teams.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher required
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Tier III Application Support or Production Support Analyst role
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical and process–related issues to identify root causes
- Experience supporting applications developed on .NET, Java, and Oracle database platforms
- Strong SQL scripting experience, including writing queries and performing backend data modifications using SQL and TOAD
- Experience with enterprise support tools, including Service Now, CLM, jQuery, and Share Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical users and collaborate effectively with development and IT teams
