Job Description
OCH Technologies is a certified Small Business 8(a), a CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services and Development as well as an ISO:9001 Certified for Quality Management. OCH is expanding and is currently seeking a Service Now Solutions Architect to join our team of uniquely talented, diverse professionals for a large Government project in DC Metro area. Qualified candidate will have the demonstrated technical expertise combined with communication capabilities to interface with all levels of management.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience:
- 15+ years of overall experience with Information Technology specific low/no code plat‑forms.
- 10 years of experience with Service Now/expert knowledge of Service Now environments and architectures.
- Knowledge of current industry standards for SaaS (including Security) and trends and developments regarding Enterprise Architecture.
- Knowledge of Cloud computing and storage, to include emerging technologies such as web/network accelerators, load balancers and in‑memory appliances.
- Transitioning applications from their current platform through performing the Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment of the applications on Service Now’s Public Sector Digital System’s Platform.
- Ability to work with various platforms such as but not limited to .NET, SharePoint, and Azure.
- Design, Develop, Test, and deploy new applications as needed.
- Designing/Delivering a product in accordance with 508 polices.
- Designing/Delivering a product in alignment with NIST.
- Knowledge in ASP, MSSQL Server, web development that will translate into ensuring a seamless transition of existing applications from the .NET Framework to Service Now’s Public Sector Digital System’s Platform.
- The Solutions Architect must also have supported Federal Government projects in that capacity within the last five years and have a thorough understanding of FEDRAMP requirements.
Preferred qualifications
- O365 – email, Intranet and collaboration.
- Network and personal One Drive – document storage and collaboration, Groups, Share‑Point sites, other O365 and Azure capabilities that become available.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud – virtual machine instances, storage and data transport layer. Az‑ure service components in support of O365, Express Route, and Direct Connectivity to the FMC data center.
- Website – Word Press is being setup to manage some content for the Website.
- Pay.gov is utilized for tracking fees and billing related to cases and other Commission’s activities.
- Box – The commission has identified the need to exchange files with external entities. This will be procured in near future.
