Position: DevOps Engineer (Hybrid-Sterling, VA)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure, as well as developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. This role requires close collaboration with development teams to integrate secure and efficient solutions, monitor and optimize application performance, and lead cloud migration efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS).
  • Write and maintain infrastructure code using Terraform and Cloud Formation.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure and efficient solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide security documentation and enforce best practices for information security.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship or Green Card holder required
  • Strong understanding of information security postures and secure solution engineering.
  • Proven experience in migrating workloads to the cloud.
  • Hands‑on experience with deploying services using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency with AWS cloud services, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Helm, Qualys, Git Hub Actions, Bash, Python, and Git.
  • Experience with no‑code development platforms.
  • Experience maintaining security standards for applications and infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with cloud security monitoring benchmarks using AWS Security Hub, Guard Duty, and AWS Config.
