Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SAP lifecycle documentation and related policy materials.
• Prepare and staff memorandums, briefs, and correspondence for leadership.
• Review and analyze SAP policy and program documentation; provide recommendations.
• Assist Navy Program Offices in protecting SAP information and ensuring compliance.
• Support DoN and DoD SAP oversight reviews.
• Advise on updates to Security Classification Guides and SAP policy documents.
• Initiate and coordinate MOAs/MOUs as required.
• Maintain awareness of SAP security requirements and guidance across DoN/DoD.

• U.S. Citizenship and current TS/SCI eligibility (SSBI within last 5 years).
• BA/BS or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of DoD-related experience.
• Expertise in NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 Vol. 4, DoD 5105.21, and SAP security policy.
• Experience with DoN/DoD SAP or classified programs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• 5+ years of direct SAP experience within DoN/DoD.

Infrequent local travel to Arlington, VA.

Applicants are required to have, at a minimum, a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years.

Compensation at CSCI is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of CSCI’s total compensation package.

120,000 – 145,000 /Yr.
