North Point Technology is hiring a mission-focused Full Stack Platform Engineer (Angular / Spring / Kubernetes) to help deploy, secure, and operate GEOINT visualization services that support on-demand access to critical data and products across the Federal Government.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop responsive front-end applications using JavaScript/Type Script with a focus on Angular frameworks. Build and maintain backend services and APIs using the Java Spring Framework and Python where appropriate. Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments using Docker containers, ensuring high availability and scalability. Operate within Linux/RHEL systems, handling configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Implement CI/CD pipelines and enforce version control best practices using Git.
Integrate development workflows with JIRA and Confluence to support Agile delivery and documentation standards. Monitor system health and performance using Zabbix, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Collaborate across engineering teams to improve system architecture, security, and operational efficiency.
