Junior Cyber Policy Analyst

PKH Enterprises is seeking qualified individuals to support government clients in the cybersecurity office at DOD CIO. This will include development and implementation of identity management architecture and policy. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of cyber security, government implementation and cyber program operations. Must have 5 years of experience.

• Provide consulting support services to government and private-sector clients related to the architecture and policy of enterprise cyber deployment
• Conduct evaluations of existing and emerging cyber technical approaches
• Support governance in the areas of cyber, zero-trust and identity
• Document stakeholder issues and work with team to support resolution
• Develop point papers and presentation slides
• Communicate with senior level personnel on the program plans and execution timelines
• Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of Identity Management Programs

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance required
• Current eligibility for DOD SCI
• Good communication skills

• Experience with identity management, PKI, and/or cyber acquisition
