IT Infrastructure & Broadcast Operations Technical Lead

Role Overview

As the IT Infrastructure & Broadcast Operations Technical Lead, you will implement, maintain, and operate the technology backbone that powers executive broadcasts and high‑profile events at our corporate headquarters and across global locations.

Manage and execute the design, deployment, proactive maintenance, and lifecycle management of on‑premise and cloud‑based broadcast AV/IT infrastructure; configure and monitor hybrid enterprise broadcast AV networks; and implement automation and infrastructure/configuration‑as‑code practices.

This role requires strong technical expertise in IT and AV infrastructure, cloud integration architecture and operations, resilient multi‑site/cloud network connectivity, and information security, with a focus on broadcast production technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Broadcast Technology, or equivalent industry experience
• Relevant technical certifications such as AWS/Azure, ITIL, Dante, SMPTE, NDI, CTS, Security+/CISSP, Network+, or similar
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with IT server management, cloud computing, and advanced networking principles
• Proven ability to lead technical projects while also actively participating in the hands‑on technical work
• Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast engineering, media technology, or large‑scale live event technical operations
