VP Sales - Data Centers, HVAC & Controls

We’re working on a senior leadership hire for a well established business operating across HVAC, controls into Mission Critical Environments.

They’ve built a strong reputation delivering complex projects and already supporting a wealth of data center clients, the next step is bringing in a dedicated leader to take that part of the business and turn it into a defined, scaled vertical.

This is a role with real influence. You’ll sit close to the executive team and be given the autonomy to shape how this grows.

• You’re not walking into a blank sheet of paper. The business already has technical depth, delivery capability and access to the right clients.
• The focus is on pulling that together under one leader and driving it forward.
• Setting direction, opening doors at the right level, and making sure what’s sold is delivered properly.

• Driving growth across hyperscale and enterprise data center clients
• Building out a team that can support both sales and execution
• Working closely with internal delivery teams to tighten up standards and performance
• Strengthening relationships with key partners across equipment and controls
• Acting as the point person for data center strategy across the business

• Someone who has spent time in the data center world and understands how projects actually get done
• A mix of commercial instinct and operational awareness
• Experience growing a team or business unit rather than just managing one
• Credibility with clients, partners and internal teams

• Established platform with existing traction in mission critical work
• Backed to invest and grow, not just maintain
• Clear runway to build something meaningful within a larger business
• Senior level visibility and influence from day one
