We are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team in Stafford, VA. In a launch phase that may last several months, you will support operations, conduct hardware and network diagnostics, perform physical repairs, and participate in an on‑call rotation. The role requires country travel to Fredericksburg, Louisa, and Manassas, and flexibility to work day or evening shifts throughout the week.
Travel:
You may travel to regional sites such as Fredericksburg, Louisa, and Manassas during the ramp‑up period.
Shift Flexibility:
All candidates must be available to work any of our day or evening shifts throughout the week.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts of 41+ pounds.
- Work in a 24/7 environment and participate in on‑call rotation, providing after‑hours support as needed.
- Perform regional travel as required.
Selected candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess a current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. They must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI with polygraph and satisfy other required security measures, opting into a commensurate clearance for each government agency where AWS work is performed.
Basic Qualifications- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
- Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
Hourly pay for this position ranges from USD 27.00 to USD 48.00 in Stafford, VA.
