Production Support Engineer

• Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
• Healthcare knowledge (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance terms, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situations (Major incidents / Application outage).
