Role Overview
The Portfolio Tooling & AI Enablement Analyst will drive the optimization of portfolio management processes within the Lending PMO by integrating tools, streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and introducing practical AI-driven solutions.
What You Will Do- Design and maintain integrations between Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, and related platforms.
- Eliminate redundant activities and reduce manual data entry through automation.
- Create and maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance, delivery status, and work progress.
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO operations, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Power BI, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Experience designing and improving workflows from intake through delivery.
- Experience implementing automation, workflow optimization, or AI‑enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success working in cross‑functional Agile environments.
