Role OverviewWe are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across Virginia. This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
- Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Provide on-call incident response support
- Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
- Maintain system documentation
- 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
- Strong experience with Nutanix stack
- Knowledge of VMware or Hyper‑V
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with DR and backup tools
- Scripting (Power Shell/Python) is advantageous
Minimum 90% pass score on induction assessment
Preferred Qualifications- Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform)
- Strong communication skills (Local language & English preferred)
- Ability to handle critical incidents
- Team-oriented and proactive
