Overview

Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) customer. You will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the intelligence and operational communities to develop a comprehensive intelligence picture of the operational environment and key terrain. Our ideal candidate will leverage their cyberspace intelligence experience to conduct open / all-source research, network vulnerability analysis, and critical factor analysis in support of cyberspace operations.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will deliver analytical products, including joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment, target systems analysis, and system of systems analysis (orally, visually, and written formats) in accordance with established DoD policies, procedures, and requirements.

Job Description
  • Conduct analysis from all-source and open-source data to characterize the information environment and cyberspace operational environment characteristics in relation to the target space.
  • Conduct operational research from various sources/metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize targets in the Five‑O (Facility, Individual, Virtual, Equipment, and Organization) spectrum to build a comprehensive operational picture.
  • Determine the organizational structure, doctrine, tools, techniques, and procedures (TTP), capabilities, communications, movement, and operational touchpoints to the telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Execute target analysis and research to identify communication infrastructures.
  • Conduct operational research from various sources / metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize telecommunications and social networks to build a comprehensive intelligence picture.
  • Support risk and vulnerability assessments at the network, system, and application levels.
  • Analyze data to support the identification of new access development opportunities for follow‑on collection requirements.
  • Support critical factor analysis techniques as a member of a team.
  • Provide information recommendations to address gaps and seams in intelligence requirements.
  • Deliver analytical products such as joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment, target systems analysis, and system of systems analysis (orally, visually, and written formats) to support our client’s cyberspace operational requirements.
Basic Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance plus Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) or be willing to pass a CIP as required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all‑source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis.
  • BS or BA degree or at least 4 years of related technical experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use conclusions, inferences, and a deep understanding of intelligence disciplines to produce intelligence products, to drive the intelligence cycle, to collaborate with counterparts in the intelligence community, to inform current/future operations, and to advise operational decision makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology in simple terms.
  • Self‑motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, and able to organize and manage individual schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, and Joint Targeting.
  • Experience with all‑source intelligence analysis and production for military activities and operations.
  • Experience with Target Systems Analysis.
