IT Consultant
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of all the Trintech’s Record to Report accounting solutions
- Setup of standard and custom solution demonstrations
- Assist sales in determining the right solution to meets the customer’s needs
- Keep current on new product functionality, industry trends and accounting standards
- Educate prospects and clients through webinars
- Networking at corporate and marketing events with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and service
- Serve as industry and product expert within the organization, and provide a feedback loop to Product Management
- 3+ years of Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering experience required
- Knowledge of accounting principles including financial statements, balance sheets and accounting software
- Knowledge of software & hardware systems, implementation processes and project planning related to application & enterprise software implementations
- Experience in FINTECH and financial roles in industry
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Accountancy knowledge is desired
- ERP knowledge is desired
- Ability to effectively communicate in verbal & written formats
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with clients
- Must be able to travel as required
