Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the front door for Observability, analytics, dashboard services, and application onboarding across EOPS. This role functions as a strategic leader and trusted advisor who partners with business stakeholders, application owners, support teams, and leadership to capture requirements, evaluate reporting opportunities, prioritize demand, and deliver meaningful dashboards and analytics solutions that improve operational performance and business outcomes.

Define and drive the enterprise observability dashboard and analytics roadmap, lead intake discussions for new applications, serve as the product owner for dashboard and reporting capabilities, develop scalable intake and onboarding frameworks, and translate complex business requirements into actionable dashboard solutions.
