Overview
We’re a growing MSP in Tampa seeking a IT System Engineer Tier 2.5 who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the “go-to” problem solver for complex issues.
Responsibilities- Handle senior escalations on the service desk
- Complete Server Migrations
- Complete cloud migrations from on prem to cloud (Azure)
- Set up, configure, and support SonicWALL and other Networking equipment.
- 4+ years of MSP experience required
- Mid-senior level experience with M365 + Windows OS
- Experience with server migrations
- Experience setting up and configuring SonicWALL
- Salary $75k-$85k
