Job Description

Ares is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design, development, and implementation of innovative Service Now solutions across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Service Now Enterprise Architect will also play a crucial role in mentoring internal developers, driving technical excellence, and maintaining strong relationships within the Service Now ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Service Now Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise-level implementations.
• Extensive experience with the Service Now platform, including hands‑on development and architectural design.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and best practices.
• Excellent technical leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in writing Service Now delivery proposals, conducting oral presentations, and delivering solution demonstrations.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships within the Service Now ecosystem.
• Certified in one or more of the following Service Now certifications:
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified Application Developer
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources
  • CIS – Customer Service Management
  • CIS – IT Service Management
  • CIS – Discovery
  • CIS – Service Mapping
  • CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management
  • CIS – Application Portfolio Management
  • CIS – Software Asset Management
  • CIS – Hardware Asset Management
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Certified Master Architect (CMA)
