• Perform Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation.
• Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting activities.
• Support non‑Epic application functions and integrated third‑party applications.
• Liaise between TSG groups, clients, vendors, and Epic modules.
• Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design, plan implementations, and maximize application benefits.
• Mentor teammates, resolve issues, track issues, and provide updates to peers, leadership, and clients.
• Manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, and perform highly complex work unsupervised.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and application change‑management processes.
• Plan and conduct requirements gathering and detailed design sessions based on client/business needs.
• Develop reference materials, status reports, documentation, and knowledge‑transfer materials for supported applications.

• Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business, or 2 years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum of three vendor/industry certifications, including Epic support; maintain proficiency in applicable Epic modules.
• ASAP certification desirable.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills; self‑initiated team player.
• Ability to work independently, in a team setting, and within a matrixed environment, with knowledge of bimodal work principles.
• Flexibility to work standard business hours, after‑hours on‑call rotations, and occasional travel.

$89,232.00 - $ based on qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
