Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support a federal government customer in Arlington, Virginia. This position is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in developing a career in business analysis, information technology, Agile software development, and federal consulting.

The Junior Business Analyst will work with experienced business analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and government stakeholders to help document requirements, support project activities, conduct testing, and maintain project documentation.

SFI will provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to help the selected candidate grow into a successful business analyst.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Zero to two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document information clearly and accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
