Overview
We are seeking a Service Now developer with an active Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Arlington, VA. The role involves working with customers to define and document business requirements for the Service Now platform, modifying existing and/or coding new Custom Applications and Service Portal widgets, and providing technical support for Service Now applications.
Responsibilities- Work on creating dashboards and advanced analytics, providing Tier 3 technical support, and implementing automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Design and develop advanced reporting capabilities and provide technical support in all facets of Service Now technology.
- 3+ years of Service Now development experience
- 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience
- Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement Service Now-based solutions
- Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Script, and Service Now APIs
- Secret Clearance
