Junior Salesforce Requirements Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather and validate business requirements.
• Work closely with mission stakeholders to understand operational needs, document actionable requirements, and support the delivery of secure and scalable IT program management solutions.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models.
• Support Agile teams by contributing to backlog refinement, ensuring traceability, and maintaining high-quality requirements throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams to confirm requirements are accurately translated into Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through test case development, defect tracking, and validation activities.
• Support change management efforts including training materials, release notes, demonstrations, and communications.
• Provide structured and timely status updates, helping identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
